How do you ensure plants arrive safely?
We use specially designed, eco-friendly packaging that secures the plant and its pot in place, minimizing movement during transit to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for live plants?
While we cannot accept returns on live plants, we offer a 30-day guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, simply send us a photo and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
When will my Bloombox order ship?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your plant's journey.
Do the plants come with pots?
Yes, all our plants arrive in a nursery pot. Many of our curated sets also include a decorative ceramic or seagrass over-pot as specified in the product description.
What if I am a beginner with no 'green thumb'?
Every Bloombox plant comes with a detailed care card. We also categorize our collection by difficulty level, so you can easily find low-maintenance varieties perfect for beginners.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
We can update your delivery address as long as the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Please contact our support team immediately for any changes.
